Form

Applications for Semester 1 have now closed.

2008 Equity Scholarship Schemes Application Form will be available in late May.

If you require the application form in alternative formats please contact the Equity Section.

Copies of the application form will also be available from Student Centres, Counselling and The Student Guild on each campus.

Students who are uncuccessful in Semester 1 will be considered for Bursaries (valued at $1000) in Semester 2. Students who applied for a scholarship in semester 1 do not have to re-apply - they will be considered automatically.

All students will be notified of application dates for the Scholarships Scheme via QUT Virtual.

Closing dates

The closing date for semester 2 applications is 21 July 2008.*

All applications must be received by 4.30pm on the closing date.

Application checklist

Have you:

• Completed all relevant sections of the application form?
• Read the conditions of the application and signed the declaration?
• Checked the document checklist and attached all relevant documentation to support your application?
• Returned to the Equity Section by the closting date? Late applications will not be considered.
