The collection of staff equity information enables us to determine the current diversity of our workforce and to determine if there is a need for support or development programs for particular staff groups.
All staff are able to provide their equity information via QUT Virtual on a voluntary basis. The survey takes approximately 2 minutes to complete online and data is treated confidentially.
The current response rate* for complete the survey is 58.89% for non-casual staff and 20.12% for casual staff. QUT Wide this is 40.82%. Below is the response rate by Faculty and Dvision.
