There are two options for you to provide your equity data.

1. Electronically

Log in to QUT Virtual
Click on the 'Personal Information' tab
In the Personal Details section select 'Update your equity details'
Complete the questionnaire
Select 'Submit'
Your data will be electronically entered into a protected section of the human resources database.

2. Completing a questionnaire in alternative formats

Staff who require the questionnaire in alternative formats can also make this request through the Equity Section
