QUT's has an on-going commitment to addressing work and family issues and helping staff and students achieve a greater balance between their work, study and personal lives.

The University has a number of both formal and informal policies and programs to assist staff and students manage work and family responsibilities. This section aims to highlight some of these policies and practices to assist staff and students answer some basic questions about managing a balance between work/study and family while they work and study at QUT.

Parenting Rooms

A list of parenting rooms, study rooms for parents and accessible toilets which include baby change facilities is available by clicking here.

Staff and students may also contact the childcare centres on the relevant campus for assistance or the Women's Room at the Student Guild to make arrangements if they need parent rooms for babychanging or breastfeeding.
