Treating people equitably means treating them all the same right?
Wrong.
It's a common misconception that treating people equitably means treating them all the same. However, many individuals and groups of people experience social disadvantage that creates barriers to their success.
To give everyone a fair chance to compete and achieve to their full potential, QUT provides assistance to particular groups and individuals.
What does equity mean at QUT?
